What are the current rates for therapeutic counseling?

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER THERAPEUTIC COUNSELING SESSIONS WITH ERIN ROSENBLUM?
At this time I only accept Lyra and Modern Health insurance. A portion of your therapy sessions may be covered by your insurance if you are not using Lyra or Modern Health. To find out if your therapy sessions qualify for reimbursement, contact your personal health insurance provider. If you seek insurance reimbursement, I am more that happy to provide you with a reimbursement form known as a super bill at the end of each month. You are still responsible for the payment of my fee in full, the super bill however will allow you to take your out of pocket payment to your insurance carrier and request reimbursement for a portion of your cost. How much, if any, that is reimbursed depends on your carrier and their out of network coverage.

I currently accept cash, checks and credit card as method of payment for all services provided. You are able to use your Flex spending or HSA cards through the credit card service.
What is the cancellation policy?
I realize that schedules get hectic and sometimes mix-ups occur, however, in order to ensure quality of service I require 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Additionally, any client that fails to appear at a therapy session without a 24 hour notice will be required to pay for the session in full.
