Adolescent & Teen Counseling
Childhood and adolescent counseling can be necessary for a multitude of reasons. My goal at Erin Rosenblum Individual and Family Therapy is to create a friendly and enriching environment in which children can feel comfortable sharing their feelings with an adult. My counseling aims to help grow the communication tools and emotional stability of adolescents at any age.

Often our anxiety lives in the fear or worry about what might come. The goal of counseling is not to eliminate stress and anxiety for it has value. The goal is to help you find balance and perspective so that it isn't your anxiety thats running your life, its you.
Eating Disorders

The battle with an eating disordered can be lonely and overwhelming and comes in my forms. Are you are eating too little or eating too much? College Students and Young Adults
College is an exciting time, but it also comes with the added pressure of making life decisions for the first time. College and young adult therapy sessions are meant to enrich the experience of growing into adulthood, while also gaining an understanding of the emotional challenges that can occur along the way.
Self- Harming/Cutting
Self-harm in any form is very serious and usually roots from a deep emotional source and feelings of lack of control. I work closely with children, teens and adults with self-harming or cutting habits to create a safe space for open discussion. It is my goal during these sessions to help break the habit of self-harming by allowing for open emotional dialogue and healing.
Work Life Balance for Women

When we think about making a change in our work/life balance sometimes we get stuck in the idea that change needs to be a big action item. What if the change is as simple as being more mindful and present in the choices that we make; would that make the decision to be more balanced a little less overwhelming?

I work closely with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and situations in an effort to help them achieve the goals they are looking for. There are many reasons one might seek out my help in addition to the ones already listed. Some of those reasons may include abuse, depression, victims of bullying, divorce, domestic or dating violence victims, grief counseling, victim of rape, suicidal thoughts, or teen pregnancy.
